Scope These terms govern the use of URE Health Sync (“the Application”), a personal, patient-facing software tool that retrieves an individual’s own electronic health information from healthcare providers via standards-based FHIR APIs, with the individual’s explicit authorization. 2. Nature of the Application The Application is a personal data-retrieval and synchronization tool. It is operated by and for the individual user, on infrastructure under that user’s control.
